Lee Elgerton - 2nd Dan Black Belt

Lee has been a part of Dudley judo club from a young age.

Giving him 30 plus years experience Training, Fighting and Coaching in the art of judo.

This said his dedication to the club landed him being head coach and president of the club in 2021.

Ben Foy - 1st Dan Black Belt

Ben is a man with a love for many BIG Russian throws and the colour PINK!

He trained at a handful of clubs in his youth and competed regularly, Then found his home at Dudley judo club 

Ben brings great wisdom and technical abilities to our club!

Being a club welfare officer for judo involves ensuring the safety and well-being of members. This includes handling safeguarding issues, promoting a positive environment, and being a point of contact for any concerns.  Tom "TANK" Dalebo - 2nd Dan Black Belt

Tank trained from the age of 10-16 then came back aged 23-present

 The first black belt under Lee and Bens instruction, taking on his roles later on helping the club

Steve Johnson 5th Kyu Yellow Belt

Steve has returned to the tatami in 2025 after 35 + years away.

Steve is working his way back up the grading system, he lives and breathes Judo.

Steve has already become :

MK4 U90kg 2025 British Veterans Champion !

High Wycombe Masters U90kg 2025 Silver Medalist .

Craig Fallon Cup  U90kg 2025 Bronze Medalist in both Gi and No Gi Competitions.
